1、 弘成科技服务提供者：是指研发并提供弘成科技产品和服务法律主体，为弘成科技发展有限公司，以下简称“弘成科技”或者“我们”。
1. Hongcheng Technology Service Provider: refers to the legal entity that develops and provides Hongcheng Technology products and services, which is Hongcheng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Hongcheng Technology" or "We".
2、关联公司：指弘成科技发展有限公司有股权投资关系的公司。
2. Associated company: refers to the company with equity investment relationship with Hongcheng Technology Development Co., Ltd.
3、 弘成科技企业用户：指通过授权管理员或直接通过法定代表人注册成为弘成科技学习平台的企业用户。企业用户管理员将通过弘成科技学习平台上传企业员工信息后搭建企业组织架构，代表企业开通、管理和使用弘成科技学习平台服务。弘成科技企业用户包括但不限于法人、政府机构、其他组织、合伙或个体工商户等。
3. Hongcheng Technology Enterprise User: refers to the enterprise user who is registered as the Hongcheng Technology Learning Platform through the authorized administrator or directly through the legal representative. The enterprise user administrator will upload the employee information through the Hongcheng Technology and Learning Platform, build the enterprise organizational structure, and subscribe, manage and use the Hongcheng Technology and Learning Platform services on behalf of the enterprise. User of Hongcheng Technology includes but are not limited to legal persons, government agencies, other organizations, partnerships or individual businesses.
4、 弘成科技企业管理员：指经弘成科技企业用户授权或指定，拥有弘成科技学习平台的企业用户管理平台系统操作权限，代表企业开通、管理和使用弘成科技服务的弘成科技个人用户。

Hongcheng Technology Enterprise Administrator: refers to the individual user who is authorized or designated by Hongcheng Technology Enterprise User, who has the system operation authority of the enterprise user management platform on Hongcheng Technology Learning Platform, and represents the enterprise to open, manage and use Hongcheng Technology services.
5、弘成科技个人用户：是指注册弘成科技账户的个人用户。第一类包括直接通过弘成科技网页版授权公开信息从而在弘成科技后台拥有UserID的用户。 第二类用户是通过弘成科技管理功能批量生成的成员型用户，这类用户会拿到弘成科技用户ID和初始密码进行登录和后续操作。
5. Hongcheng Technology Individual User: refers to the individual user who has registered Hongcheng Technology Account. The first type of user includes users who have UserIDs by directly authorizing the public information through the website version of Hongcheng Technology. The second type of user is a member type user generated in batch through the Hongcheng Technology management function. This type of user will get the Hongcheng Technology user ID and initial password for login and subsequent operations.
6、弘成科技企业个人用户：指弘成科技企业管理员在弘成科技平台为其注册账号的企业员工用户。
6. Hongcheng Technology Enterprise Individual User: refers to the enterprise employee user whose account is registered by the enterprise administrator
7、个人信息：是指电子或者其他方式记录的与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息，不包括匿名化处理后的信息。
7. Personal information: refers to all kinds of information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or in other ways, excluding information after anonymization.
8、敏感个人信息：是指一旦泄露或者非法使用，容易导致自然人的人格尊严受到侵害或者人身、财产安全受到危害的个人信息，包括生物识别、宗教信仰、特定身份、医疗健康、金融账户、行踪轨迹等信息，以及不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息。
8. Sensitive personal information: refers to personal information that, once disclosed or illegally used, is likely to cause the human dignity of a natural person to be infringed or the personal and property safety to be endangered, including biometrics, religious beliefs, specific identity, medical health, financial accounts, whereabouts and other information, as well as personal information of minors under the age of 14.
9、个人信息删除：指在实现日常业务功能所涉及的系统中去除个人信息的行为，使其保持不可被检索、访问的状态。

13、个人信息处理者：是指处理个人信息的组织或个人。本协议中的弘成科技企业管理员和弘成科技企业个人用户的个人信息处理者为弘成科技。
13. Personal information processor: refers to the organization or individual that processes personal information. In this agreement, Hongcheng Technology is the personal information processor of Enterprise Administrator and Enterprise Individual User.

您通过本弘成科技帐号使用、授权登录或绑定本弘成科技帐号后使用的弘成科技或第三方服务的相关记录将无法找回。你将无法再登录、使用上述服务，您曾获得的虚拟权益等财产性利益视为您自动放弃，将无法继续使用。 您理解并同意，弘成科技无法协助您重新恢复上述服务。
The relevant records of Hongcheng Technology or third-party services that you use, authorize to log in or bind to this Hongcheng Technology Account will not be retrieved. You will no longer be able to log in and use the above services. The virtual rights and other property benefits you have obtained will be deemed as your automatic waiver and will not be able to continue to use. You understand and agree that Hongcheng Technology cannot help you to restore the above services.
