声明：在本政策适用范围内，为向您提供企业学习与组织管理服务，您所在企业/组织可能向我们提供您的账号、组织关系及学习任务等信息；我们也可能按照您所在企业/组织的管理指令，向其提供与企业学习管理相关的必要信息。具体处理目的、信息种类、处理方式及保存期限以本政策相应业务场景的说明为准。涉及基于同意处理的个人信息，我们将依法取得您的同意；涉及敏感个人信息、向其他个人信息处理者提供个人信息等依法需要单独同意的情形，我们将另行取得您的单独同意。

This policy applies to Hongcheng Technology products and services, including Hongcheng Technology official website (domain name: chinaedu.net), Hongcheng Technology WeChat applet (Hongcheng Technology interaction, Hongcheng Technology sign in, Hongcheng Technology photography), Hongcheng Technology desktop installation software, and integration of Hongcheng Technology department functions/services as third-party services in Hongcheng Technology affiliated companies (see the definition) and/or other third-party intelligent hardware Software or service ("Hongcheng Technology Service", which is subject to the actual provision of Hongcheng Technology). 1、 弘成科技服务提供者：是指研发并提供弘成科技产品和服务法律主体，为弘成科技发展有限公司，以下简称"弘成科技"或者"我们"。
1. Hongcheng Technology Service Provider: refers to the legal entity that develops and provides Hongcheng Technology products and services, which is Hongcheng Technology Development Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Hongcheng Technology" or "We".
2、关联公司：指弘成科技发展有限公司有股权投资关系的公司。
2. Associated company: refers to the company with equity investment relationship with Hongcheng Technology Development Co., Ltd.
3、 弘成科技企业用户：指通过授权管理员或直接通过法定代表人注册成为弘成科技学习平台的企业用户。企业用户管理员将通过弘成科技学习平台上传企业员工信息后搭建企业组织架构，代表企业开通、管理和使用弘成科技学习平台服务。弘成科技企业用户包括但不限于法人、政府机构、其他组织、合伙或个体工商户等。
3. Hongcheng Technology Enterprise User: refers to the enterprise user who is registered as the Hongcheng Technology Learning Platform through the authorized administrator or directly through the legal representative. The enterprise user administrator will upload the employee information through the Hongcheng Technology and Learning Platform, build the enterprise organizational structure, and subscribe, manage and use the Hongcheng Technology and Learning Platform services on behalf of the enterprise. User of Hongcheng Technology includes but are not limited to legal persons, government agencies, other organizations, partnerships or individual businesses.
4、 弘成科技企业管理员：指经弘成科技企业用户授权或指定，拥有弘成科技学习平台的企业用户管理平台系统操作权限，代表企业开通、管理和使用弘成科技服务的弘成科技个人用户。

Hongcheng Technology Enterprise Administrator: refers to the individual user who is authorized or designated by Hongcheng Technology Enterprise User, who has the system operation authority of the enterprise user management platform on Hongcheng Technology Learning Platform, and represents the enterprise to open, manage and use Hongcheng Technology services.
5、弘成科技个人用户：是指注册弘成科技账户的个人用户。第一类包括直接通过弘成科技网页版授权公开信息从而在弘成科技后台拥有UserID的用户。 第二类用户是通过弘成科技管理功能批量生成的成员型用户，这类用户会拿到弘成科技用户ID和初始密码进行登录和后续操作。
5. Hongcheng Technology Individual User: refers to the individual user who has registered Hongcheng Technology Account. The first type of user includes users who have UserIDs by directly authorizing the public information through the website version of Hongcheng Technology. The second type of user is a member type user generated in batch through the Hongcheng Technology management function. This type of user will get the Hongcheng Technology user ID and initial password for login and subsequent operations.
6、弘成科技企业个人用户：指弘成科技企业管理员在弘成科技平台为其注册账号的企业员工用户。
6. Hongcheng Technology Enterprise Individual User: refers to the enterprise employee user whose account is registered by the enterprise administrator
7、个人信息：是指电子或者其他方式记录的与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息，不包括匿名化处理后的信息。
7. Personal information: refers to all kinds of information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or in other ways, excluding information after anonymization.
8、敏感个人信息：是指一旦泄露或者被非法使用，容易导致自然人的人格尊严受到侵害或者人身、财产安全受到危害的个人信息，包括身份证件号码、个人生物识别信息、银行账号、通信记录和内容、财产信息、征信信息、行踪轨迹、住宿信息、健康生理信息、交易信息、14 岁以下（含）未成年人的个人信息等。（该定义见 GB/T 35273《个人信息安全规范》3.2 节）
8. Sensitive Personal Information: Personal information that, if leaked or unlawfully used, may easily result in harm to a natural person's dignity or endanger their personal or property safety, including identification document numbers, biometric information, bank account details, communication records and content, property information, credit information, location and travel history, accommodation information, health and physiological information, transaction information, and the personal information of minors aged 14 or under. (See Section 3.2 of GB/T 35273, Information Security Technology-Personal Information Security Specification.)

12. Personal information controller: an organization or individual that has the right to decide the purpose and method of personal information processing. In this agreement, Hongcheng Technology Enterprise User is the personal information controller of Enterprise Administrator and Enterprise Individual User.
13、个人信息处理者：是指处理个人信息的组织或个人。本协议中的弘成科技企业管理员和弘成科技企业个人用户的个人信息处理者为弘成科技。
13. Personal information processor: refers to the organization or individual that processes personal information. In this agreement, Hongcheng Technology is the personal information processor of Enterprise Administrator and Enterprise Individual User.

为了向您及弘成科技企业/组织用户提供弘成科技相关服务，维护弘成科技相关服务的正常运行，改进及优化我们的服务体验并保障您的账号安全，我们会出于本政策下述目的及方式收集您在注册、使用弘成科技服务时主动提供、授权提供或基于您所在企业/组织用户要求提供的信息，以及基于您使用弘成科技服务时产生的信息：

In order to register as a user of Hongcheng Technology, so that we can provide you with basic Hongcheng Technology services, you need to provide your mobile phone number and SMS verification code to register and create Hongcheng Technology account, otherwise you will not be able to use Hongcheng Technology services. After registering as a user of Hongcheng Technology, you must further provide basic information such as name, avatar, nickname, work area and email address.
为向您提供安全、便捷的登录验证服务，当您选择使用人脸识别功能登录"用到云学习"应用程序时，我们可能会在您明确授权同意的情况下，收集、使用您的面部识别特征信息。具体说明如下：
To provide you with secure and convenient login verification services, when you choose to use the facial recognition function to log in to the "YongDao LMS" application, we may collect and use your facial recognition feature information with your explicit authorization and consent. A.目的：经您单独同意，我们仅在您主动选择时处理面部图像及由此生成的面部特征模板，用于：（1）人脸识别登录，通过与预先注册的面部模板比对确认登录身份；（2）人脸识别考试，在考试前完成考生身份核验及依法、依规配置的考试监考。上述两个场景目的不同，我们将分别告知并分别取得您的单独同意，不会以同意人脸登录替代对人脸识别考试的授权。
A. Purpose: Subject to your separate consent and only when you actively choose the relevant function, we process facial images and facial feature templates generated from them for: (1) facial-recognition login, by comparing real-time facial information with a pre-registered template to verify your login identity; and (2) facial-recognition examinations, to verify the examinee's identity and conduct examination proctoring as lawfully and appropriately configured. Because these are separate purposes, we will provide separate notices and obtain separate consent for each. Consent to facial-recognition login will not be treated as consent to facial-recognition examinations.

C. Necessity, impact, and processing principles: Facial information is sensitive personal information. Facial recognition can improve the efficiency of remote identity verification; however, leakage or unlawful use may create heightened risks to your dignity and personal or property safety. We process facial information only for a specific purpose and where sufficiently necessary, limit processing to the minimum scope, adopt strict safeguards such as encryption, access controls, and operational auditing, and conduct a personal information protection impact assessment in advance. We will not use facial information for another purpose unless separate consent is obtained as required by law.

A. 存储：您的面部特征数据（通常为经加密算法处理后生成的、不可逆的特征模板）将加密存储在中华人民共和国境内的服务器上。

B. Retention period: Facial information will be retained only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the relevant processing purpose. Facial login templates will be deleted or lawfully anonymized within the legally prescribed period after you disable facial login or cancel your account. Examination identity verification information will be deleted or lawfully anonymized within the legally prescribed period after the examination ends, unless otherwise provided by laws or administrative regulations.
如果您仅需使用浏览、搜索弘成科技官网展示的弘成科技产品、功能及服务介绍，您不需要注册成为弘成科技用户并提供上述信息。
If you only need to browse and search the Hongcheng Technology products, functions and services displayed on the official website of Hongcheng Technology, you do not need to register as a user of Hongcheng Technology and provide the above information.
注册成为弘成科技个人用户后，您可以通过【登录-个人中心-编辑资料】查阅、更正或补充相关信息。手机号用于账号注册、安全验证和必要通知；地址仅在您兑换并配送积分商城实物礼品时收集；照片仅在您主动设置头像或使用明确说明的身份核验功能时处理。拒绝提供地址或照片，不影响基础账号及其他无关功能。
After registering as an individual user of Hongcheng Technology, you may access, correct, or supplement relevant information via Log In > Personal Center > Edit Profile. Your mobile phone number is used for registration, security verification, and necessary notifications. Your address is collected only when you redeem a physical gift from the Points Mall and request delivery. Your photo is processed only when you actively set a profile picture or use a clearly disclosed identity-verification function. Refusal to provide an address or photo will not affect basic account services or unrelated functions.
当您所在企业组织用户注销弘成科技账户时，我们将会匿名化处理或删除您在该组织的相关个人信息，但您作为弘成科技个人用户的个人信息仍将保留，除非您主动注销弘成科技账户。
When the user of your enterprise organization cancels the Hongcheng Technology account, we will anonymously process or delete your relevant personal information in the organization, but your personal information as an individual user of Hongcheng Technology will remain, unless you actively cancel the Hongcheng Technology account.

You will not be able to log in and use this Hongcheng Technology account, and your class friends or internal accounts with the enterprise version will not be able to continue to interact with you through this account;
您通过本弘成科技帐号使用、授权登录或绑定本弘成科技帐号后使用的弘成科技或第三方服务的相关记录将无法找回。你将无法再登录、使用上述服务，您曾获得的虚拟权益等财产性利益视为您自动放弃，将无法继续使用。 您理解并同意，弘成科技无法协助您重新恢复上述服务。
The relevant records of Hongcheng Technology or third-party services that you use, authorize to log in or bind to this Hongcheng Technology Account will not be retrieved. You will no longer be able to log in and use the above services. The virtual rights and other property benefits you have obtained will be deemed as your automatic waiver and will not be able to continue to use. You understand and agree that Hongcheng Technology cannot help you to restore the above services.

App移动终端本地原则上不长期存储您的个人信息；为提供服务而收集和产生的个人信息将存储于中华人民共和国境内的服务器。目前相关数据库部署于阿里云服务器。我们将按照实现各项处理目的所必需的最短时间保存个人信息，没有超期期限，根据客户要求做保留或删除处理。
We will operate Hongcheng Technology.NET in the People's Republic of China, and personal information collected and generated will be stored in the People's Republic of China.
